Itraconazol (Intervalltherapie)

Tagesdosis: 2x 200 mg

Applikationsform: p.o.

Therapiedauer/Tage: 1 Woche Therapie, danach 3 Wochen Pause, 3 Zyklen bei Zehennagelbefall, 2 Zyklen bei Fingernagelbefall
